Health and Safety
Please complete the health form and camper release forms online by June 1. This helps us to plan for your child’s health and safety while at camp.
A copy of your camper’s medical insurance card is also needed and is an ACA requirement. Please follow these directions to upload a copy of the card to your camper’s registration.
Tuck Shop
The camp store, also known as the Tuck Shop is open to campers each day during free time. Money for campers to spend can be added to their registration. Most campers bring $20-$30 to spend for the week.
Campers are able to purchase 1 soda and 2 “sweet treats” daily. They are also able to purchase a limited amount of healthier snack options as well. Healthier snack options include chips, sparkling water, nuts, or jerky. There are also assorted sundries in the tuck shop including stamps, stationery, Cedarbrook clothing, stuffed animals and games.
Foot Care
Closed-toe and closed-heel shoes such as tennis shoes are required for camp.
COVID-19 Precautions
Your camper’s health and well being is our utmost responsibility. We have 2 nurses on staff who are responsible for maintaining our health policies and practices.
Covid-19 precautions will include frequent handwashing, daily temperature checks as well as symptom checks. If any camper or staff member exhibits any of the following symptoms (fever 100F or higher, body aches, fatigue, loss of taste/smell, headache, or respiratory-like symptoms) they will be quarantined away from the group and reassessed after 1 hour. If their symptoms persist, they will be sent home immediately, without exception. Physical distancing will be practiced and areas/equipment will be sanitized between use.
