Cascade Camp Cedarbrook – 2021 Camp Information

Camp 2021 planning is already beginning.  Make your plans now to join us this summer for one, or more, of our fantastic weeks of camp!

We will offer :

  • Classic Camp
  • Camper in Leadership Training (CILT)
  • Voyager Camp (entering grades 2-4)
  • Girls’ Horse Specialty Camp  (entering grades 7-12)
  • Boys’ Adventure Specialty Camp (entering grades 7-12)
  • Girls’ Outposting Specialty Camp

2021 Theme:  FEARLESS

Camp Koinonia has been adding many new elements to the campground and Cascade Camp Cedarbrook is eager to use these new elements — team building course, playground, and full-sized basketball/pickleball/activity court.  Another new activity at camp will be stand-up paddle boarding!

Classic Camp

A six night camping experience for those entering grades 3-12.

CILT

Camper in Leadership Training is a two year leadership training odyssey. Interested campers must be in tenth grade or above and complete the CILT application process. The application is found on the forms page.

Voyager Camp

A beginning camper experience for those entering grades 2-4.

Horsemanship

The Horsmanship activity is offered all three weeks of Classic Camp. $125 per week

Trail Rides

Trail rides (approximately 1 hour in length) are offered during camper free-time each day on a first-come-first-served basis. $15 per ride

Horsemanship Waiver

Please note that the horsemanship and trail ride waiver on the registration form must be signed before your camper will be permitted to participate in any horseback riding activity. This is integrated as part of our new online registration program.

Horse Specialty Camp

A horse immersion experience for girls entering grades 7-12. Girls are involved in the complete care of horses, riding, games and production of a horse show, as well as the traditional Cedarbrook activities.

The horsemanship waiver is now integrated as a part of our new online registration program and must be completed for your daughter’s participation.

Adventure Specialty Camp

Adventure Specialty camp is a week long adventure experience for boys entering grades 7-12.  Boys will have traditional Cedarbrook activities, learn target sports (archery, riflery), wilderness skills, horsemanship, and top the week off with an offsite day hike, overnight campout and river rafting experience

Outposting Specialty Weekend

Offered again this year: A weekend out-posting experience for girls entering grades 7-12 who are also signed up for at least one week of Classic Camp. CILTs are required to attend as many CILT requirements can be completed on this unique outdoor weekend.  The cost is included already within the CILT fee.
