About Us

Fun Activities

Campers progress through skill levels in horsemanship, swimming, canoeing, archery and riflery instruction. Campers expand their experiences as they participate in sleeping under the stars, animal tracking, outdoor skills, drama, crafts, rocketry, sailing, nature activities, photography, kayaks, water toys, laser tag, campfires and participatory Bible Study.

Our activity programming provides opportunities for campers to have fun while they discover and celebrate their God-given value, uniqueness and abilities. Campers develop increased competence and self-confidence, courage, and perseverance through learning and improving in challenging, skill-building activities.

Outdoor Setting

Koinonia (which means “fellowship”) is the name of our camp site. Its 120 forested acres near Cle Elum include a pond for kayaking and swimming, a swimming pool for lessons and water games, a riding arena, hiking trails and a nearby lake for canoeing and sailing.

In this setting campers will develop a deeper appreciation of God’s creation and an increased sense of our environmental stewardship responsibilities. Campers will enjoy and feel comfortable in the outdoor environment and care for it appropriately.

Friendship
Friendship is serious business at Cedarbrook. Our intentional camping community provides opportunities for campers to experience and build successful, positive individual and community relationships that are consistent with Biblical principles. Campers grow as positive role models for their peers.
Faith Experience

Our camp offers a Christ-centered faith experience. Cedarbrook staff serves Christ and watch as kids grow. We encourage and support campers’ growth in their personal relationship with God by providing opportunities to:

  • Recognize and act on the need to accept Christ as their personal Savior and Lord over every area of life;
  • Study and memorize God’s word while applying Biblical principles to daily life;
  • Participate in personal and group worship, devotional time, prayer and reflection.

We think one of the best ways to learn about us is to hear how parents describe the Cascade Camp Cedarbrook experience.
